This static template was formed to make formative assessment tool for the students and this tool depicted a  complete overview how this tool can be utilized to assess our students according to 21st-century skills as formative assessment is the need of the hour. This tool gave a direction to implement a constructive approach for learning and removing conservative learning approaches from the academic system.
